Posture is an important consideration in all activities of daily living. Identification of muscular imbalances is critical when looking to start a fitness program so that you work to strengthen the weak areas.
Activity & adjustments
Specific exercise movements and stretches performed every day will reduce musculoskeletal injuries and cumulative trauma disorders such as back injuries, carpal tunnel to name a few.

Like a car, tune-ups help the body run efficiently. Pain means you overdid it or if chronic, you waited too long to address the problem. We don’t always recognize when:

o Joint range of motion is off unless there is PAIN
o Muscle imbalances unless there’s chronic DISCOMFORT
o Or getting proper fuel for efficiency if you can’t lose WEIGHT

The approach to training and the body is unique. Focus is on the posture from the ground up. A complete analysis of the individuals posture is completed. Discussions include sleep, work related posture, nutrition, balanced eating and most importantly hydration. Everyone has similar goals: lose weight, get in shape, tighten the core and possible pain relief.
The activities of daily living are taken for granted, except when we are coming back from an injury. Work to balance the body through range of motion activities and core conditioning.
Complementary to physical therapy
Work in conjunction with physical therapist and doctor (with permission) to return to a productive work and home life balance.
